Return & Exchange Policy – FOMO Jeans
Exchange Policy
At FOMO Jeans, we ensure all our product listings are
accurate and detailed to help you make informed purchase decisions. Every order
goes through strict quality checks before dispatch, ensuring it reaches you in
perfect condition.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your order due to
size issues, we do offer a size exchange option. Please
note, we do not accept returns at the moment.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for domestic
orders within India.
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn,
and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange Terms & Criteria
- Jeans once delivered are non-exchangeable, unless the item is found to be defective.
- Product pages include detailed descriptions—covering color,
fit, fabric, and care instructions. Due to individual screen settings,
slight color variations may occur. We do not accept exchange
requests based on color differences or fabric feel.
- Exchange requests are only entertained for orders
placed via our official website: www.fomojeans.com
- We do not provide exchanges for international
orders.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and
are non-refundable. We advise using a traceable courier service
for safety.
Exchange Process
If your request meets our eligibility criteria:
- Raise your exchange query within 24-48 hours of order delivery by
emailing us at: info@fomojeans.com
You can also raise the query via our website: www.fomojeans.com - A processing charge of ₹100 per order will
be applicable. Kindly share the payment screenshot in the
same email thread.
- If you choose to send the product back yourself, our
team will provide the return address. Once dispatched, share the AWB
number, courier name, and proof of delivery (POD).
Note: FOMO Jeans will not be responsible for any parcel
lost during direct customer returns.
- If reverse pickup is initiated by us (after
payment), our trusted courier partner will collect the item.
- After receiving the product at our warehouse,
our Quality Inspection Team will verify its condition.
Once approved, we will dispatch the requested size within 7–10
working days.
Important: Size
exchanges are allowed only once per order. Multiple exchanges will
not be entertained.
If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit
note equivalent to the item’s amount, valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- You can cancel your prepaid or COD order
within 24 hours of placement.
- For prepaid orders, a full refund or credit
note can be issued.

FOMO Jeans Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to issues
like:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect listings/pricing
- Potential fraud or payment issues
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and
any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
Credit notes issued upon cancellation are
valid for 90 days.
Note: A 2-3% deduction (payment
gateway charges) applies to refunds for cancelled prepaid orders.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds or returns once
a product is sold and delivered.
- We only offer size exchanges as per
the terms above.
In the rare case of receiving a defective/damaged
item, we will initiate a refund after verification. However, gateway
charges of 3% (prepaid) or 2% (COD) will be deducted.
