Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship pan India through our trusted courier partners.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch

• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days after dispatch

• Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional lockdowns.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable on orders below ₹999.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹50 per order.

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier name will be shared with you via email/SMS.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
FOMO Jeans will not be responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address

• Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

In such cases, the order may be returned to us. We can re-ship it upon your request, subject to re-shipping charges.

Packaging

All orders are packed securely using tamper-proof packaging to ensure your jeans arrive in perfect condition.

If the package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
